He was prime minister for only 13 days when he went to the polls in 1996, before forming a new government in 1998 with the BJP government and the NDA, but this government was born in just 13 months before it won more votes. On 13 October 1999, he was sworn in as Prime Minister again. Atalji was such a Prime Minister that he always thought about education and how to educate the country. The campaign states that children between the ages of 6 and 14 will have the opportunity to receive free education. According to a survey, 25 million children were deprived of education in 1985. After the introduction of universal education in 2001, 1 million, or 10 lakhs, passed the Atal G 86 Constitution Amendment. There is no fee to study for free.
